Rates according to season

It will be considered high season from June 15 to September 15, the Easter Week and Christmas days. The holidays and long weekends are considered as middle season. The rest is considered low season.

All prices with VAT included, price includes; Additional drivers, the indicated Km, TOTAL RISK insurance, civil liability and own damages, assistance 24 hours.
Parking for the customer’s vehicle, training on the functioning of the vehicle, telephonic assistance, user manual, circulation throughout the EU and Morocco (subject to prior authorization). Does not include fuel, transit fines, or partial liability of the vehicle. The entire fleet of Catalunya Van is new, with an antiquity of less than 2 years, all of them have air conditioning, airbag, and circulation accessories.
Weekend rate: Friday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 4 a.m. to 7 p.m. to Sunday at 11.50 p.m. or Monday before 12 p.m.

Payment and cancellation

Payment of 50% when booking
Payment of the remaining 50% one week before departure.

In case of cancellation:
If you communicate within 30 days of the start of the rental, 50% of the amount will be returned.
If you communicate between 30 and 16 days before the start of the rental, 20% of the amount will be returned.
If it is communicated with less than 16 days until the start of the rental, no refund will be done.

Booking and return conditions

The rental days are counted per night, Prices are with VAT, the insurance at full risk (with a fee of € 600), 400 km / day.
Minimum rental of three nights, or please ask for our weekend rates.
Choosing accessories does not confirm its reservation, it is only to know its availability.
If you come from abroad, we have a Pick-up service at Barcelona Airport, please let us know if you need it when filling-in the form.
Fuel tanks full when renting and it is has to be returned also full. The non-refund of the full fuel tank, will mean a charge of € 15 + diesel.
Pick-up of the rental car is done from 10 am to 12 pm and from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
It is possible to return the vehicle out of our office hours, depositing the key in a mailbox. Always before 11:00 p.m.
Refund overtime or delay.
Clean WC or surcharge of € 100.
Driver older than 23 years old and with 2 years minimum with driving license type B.
The insurance fee of € 600 will be deposited before departure and only with a credit card type VISA.
The pick-up and delivery of the motorhome will be done at the agreed place, time and date.
The user will be responsible for any penalty or fine.
